This is what I had in mind.

Breakfast-2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, 4oz sirloin

Midmorning-MRP with 24g carb, 42g prot

Lunch-8oz ground sirloin

Midafternoon-MRP with 24g carb, 42g prot

Dinner-1 or 2 chicken breast


I'm really not sure what to do for the real meals, this is just an idea.
