i hate oatmeal, but i will slowly start to add it to my diet if it makes that much of a difference, my starch carbs are, bagels, rice, pototeos, wheat bread,

Sometimes I get tire of the oatmeal,but for breakfast is the best clean carb you can take.I make it with water and 2 packets of splenda sugar or same.

well there are many reasons why oats are so good.
- its high fiber
- its low fat
- low glycemic
- natural carbs, not proccessed
- taste good as hell if you how to prepare it.( add some cinnimon & vanilla extract w/ if you want 1 little pk. of equal)

I love it!
I eat it for breakfast everymorning, along with egg whites.
I dont put sugar or anything on it, guess since i've been eating it for so long i'm just used to it.

I throw in a protein scoop of oatmeal into my shakes 3-4 times a day, let it sit in the shake though for about 10 mins in the fridge. gives it more sustinence, so you feel fuller and get long lasting energy source at the same time
