I have a balistic metabolism and am doin a light cycle. I'm on the move all the time and trying to find the best as well easiest diet to put on (and keep on) the pounds. I don't want to spend 6 hours in the kitchen preparing food!
Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I know what you mean. NO matter WHAT i eat, I can't seem to gain a single freaking pound. To be honest with you its quite frustrating, and kind of depressing. I hated being so skinny. If you want a serious weightgainer that tastes good, and has a ton of calories, I recoomend, NLarge2. It is the best stuff on the market, and will add inches to your body. Make sure you workout and run as well so you can get that ion-exchange way running through your muscles.

Yeah, N-Large 2 is a good weight gainer. It will put on weight. But understand this, most of that weight will be from fat. If you want a physique like that, go ahead. I recommend that you fix your diet. If you're not gaining any muscle mass, you need to change more. You may need to increase your calorie intake, your carb intake, your protein intake, I don't know. Only you can find this out for yourself. If you don't want to take the time to fix meals, I suggest that you use Meal Replacements. Use a protein blend, like Muscle Meals or Growth Factor X.

Wait til you get a little older. I weighed 110 lbs had exactly your situation. Now I'm past 30, and eating toast seems to add weight right to my love handle area.
