In being the Research Director of a hardcore bodybuilding site, I'm obviously all about muscle growth. Men, I don't think people should be trying to bulk up until they've at least hit their teenage years. Når alt kommer til alt, your body uses a lot of growth hormone and nutrients to make you taller and more muscular so it's not a good idea to shuttle these nutrients towards building muscle.
Of course some kids start lifting at age 10 eller 11, which isn't the best idea, but it's at least better than lifting at age 5 eller 6 like a kid I recently saw in a YouTube video. You can check him out at my YouTube channel at: //www.youtube.com/user/GeorgeSpellwin
Now I know it's an old video, but this kid is ripped beyond belief for a 6 year-old. Not only that, but he also benches 180 pounds. Now there are a lot of grown men who can't lift this amount so that's pretty amazing. desværre, this isn't healthy at all.
Første off, the kid is lifting so much that he is clearly using a lot of nutrients on muscle-building rather than on making him grow taller. Faktisk, I'm sure if we could see this kid today, he would have severely stunted growth. And while it might make for good material for talk shows, I really wonder about the parents of this kid.
All I know is that it's not healthy to make a kid work out like this at such a young age.
