Dude, what are you talking about? Yeah, I didn't think you knew either. You are right, it's not sucrose. But NOT all fruit sugar is glucose. Fructose, commonly called fruit sugar, is an isomer of glucose. Glucose and fructose are the most commonly found sugars in nature (i.e, fruit).
The suger in all fruit juices is high in fructose aka fruit suger, the reason that grapefruit juice is often mentioned has nothing to do with suger but with a chemical in the juice narigin (sp) which prolongs the effects of many orals eca, clen and some if not all oral steroids.
Not sure if your referring to grapefruit juice or fructose. If grapefruit juice, again, this will vary between brands. I have a GI list that puts grapefruit juice at 48 based on 100 for glucose.
If your talking about fructose being 65-70 on the GI, you are wrong. Fructose weighs in at a whopping 22 - an anomaly among sugars.
Yes, you are correct that it is the wrong board. I admit that was my mistake. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Now that that's out of the way, I'm wondering why you don't use your own advice.

Could someone please give me a sample of what they eat when they are trying to get cut. Thanks
unless of coarse your planning on injecting some cutting foods.
When I posted my question, I did not do it with the intention of getting in an argument with a bunch of you guys over what board it should be on or whether I spelled asshole correctly. I posted with the intention of finding the answer to the question.
Those of you that know me know that I don't just post every idea that pops in my head. I use the search engine and other means to find the answer before posting because I don't want to waste peoples time by asking a question that has already been answered. Nor do I make fun of other people who are trying to learn by posting something like" grapefruit juice comes from a grapefruit" or "You mispelled asshole". All I ask is that you treat me with a little respect and I will do the same.
