Third day on var doesn't feel like it

So i've taken a few var only cycles before and they worked out great. Although it was awhile ago, I barely remember what it was like being on them. I decided to try something new this time. It's my 3rd day on them and the first thing i noticed there 10 mg not 20. I'm starting to get really bad headaches around midnight and tonights the first night im experiencing blurred vision. Now i took clomid awhile back for a pct and i experienced really really bad mood swings and blurred vision while on it. Both clomid and this var are the same colour. any suggestions or thoughts you might have? Also is it just to early for me to tell?
