Allright, me2 me2 ..
1st .. i've never done them, but whats wrong with doing calves in the smith ? seems as good a place as any! .. perhaps even the one thing the smith is good for ?
anyway
1. we have this dude in the gym .. hes what..40, and must have some mental disorder, cause he's constantly cleaning up the place, as in putting the weights back on the racks etc. If you have got some weight lined up for the bench/deads/squats whatever you better be on your toes, cause when this guy's around they can be gone in a second! im not kidding, this dudes excersising is 80% moving other peoples weights around... he's cool talking to though !
2. how about benching with straps on ? yea you gotta tighten those straps reaaaaaal good, or the shit just may fly through the roof! .. i wish my bench was that strong lol.
3. the 10% squats .. all in the ass .. you know these partial rom reppers right ? well, these are the 10% reppers!
i do not advice or tell ppl what to do in the gym, i got past that a long time ago.. and usually when someone asks me i give them a half baked assed story anyway, cause most of them dont really wanna know anyway..
