Summer Cycle would like advise and tips to see if im missing something

Im starting my 3rd cycle next week,
stats: Im about 78 kgs 9-10% bodyfat 24yrs old

Primo 150Eod (5/600wk) weeks 1-14or 16
Tet Prop 100or 150Eod weeks 1-14
Winny 50mgs/day (3weeks for now)

Thins is going to be a Summer cycle i want to stay lean and hard. Id like to drop a few more bf% and hopefully put on a few kgs of muscle on too.
MY diet is good 5 meals a day with 2 shakes

I have Arimdx at hand to combat any estro related effects (bloating) i will probably not even need this but i want it just to make sure.

I need to order a lil more stuff before I begin the cycle; Should I get another 3weeks of winny or is 3weeks enough?
I would also like to know ur opinions ans past experiences with frontloading the PRIMO, and how would i do it? double the does for the 1st week?

PCT: Will be Clomid and nolva
Might consider HCG but i think I dont really need it...

So could u give me any other tips and advice that might help.

Height is 1.73 and ive been training for quite a few years now. Started at 15 or 16 (not serious though). Been lifting hard and dieting right for the past 4 or 5 years.
Sorry to have left out more details, this is my first post ever! lol

My 1st cycle was a Test E only cycle 10weeks
2nd was Test Prop 150eod with Masteron 150eod 8-10weeks put on about 4 or 5kgs, kept almost ALL of it.

I didnt list any of that other stuff, but i do take multivitamines,vit C Omega 3 fish oil, milk thistle etc (i think every1 should be taking this anyway)
 
Your cycle looks solid and the Primo and Test Prop will make you retain minimal water retention , so I would say run the winstrol weeks 10 thru 14 to really cut up.

I notice this is your first post. Where have you been posting or what other boards are you a member of?
 
Im a member on this one and This was my 1st post :) Wanted to see if any one had done primo and the results along with winny and if it was better to do 6 weeks winny or just 3... couldnt find many opinions on this so i thought id post.
 
6 weeks is best on Winny for me, personally. I would rather you hit the Winny for the last 4 weeks than only 3 ... it would be more beneficial, especially on the tail of your suggested cycle.
