Quick question,i need to know quickly if....

I can use creatine with expiry date 10th month of 2001? does creatine even get old? the powder is rock hard but i can hit it with a spoon to make it powder again,i kneed to know this ASAP because im starting my creatine loading today.

Creatine has a shelf life date of 2 years. It may become less effective with time but I can't say for sure as everything has dating on it these days.

I don't know that that is the case, if it were mixed into a liquid form then yes definitely, or the creatine serum then it would certainly become creatinINE, but I don't know about the stability of the powder. Twitched have you seen test results that would confirm that creatine powder is unstable over time.
