Quads lacking????

My development is coming along very well. My upper body is awesome, calves huge, hamstring slarge and seperated but my quads arent growing with the rest of my body. Im in my second week of my fourth cycle and was wondering if there was something I could do this time to get my quads caught up. Im on 5 days a week hitting each body part once. Is it ok to train legs twice a week or there something else I can do? Any suggestions well appreciated.
Thanks, Freek

I would focus strictly on legs. Hit them hard twice a week and the rest of the body just do maintence workouts. Save your energy for legs and do the basics like squats, presses, hacks.

My leg routine

Squats- 12/8/6/4/3

Leg Press 12/8/6

Extensions- 12/8/6/3

Leg Curls- 12/8/6/3

Everything to allmost complete failure
Usually takes an hour 20 minutes

Every other week I superset the extensions and squats
Do a set of extensions immediately after each squat set

Come to the training board... it's the best kept secret on EF.

I would suggest shaking up your routine... maybe adding some front squats and 20 rep leg presses or 20 rep squats into the mix. I'd toss out the extensions and add something useful.

I agree with the 20 rep on something, I usually start my routine with 2 sets of leg extensions with 20reps using moderate weight. this gets the quads stretched and the blood flowing for a great workout. As sofageorge stated mix it up a little. I am starting to see better gains in my quads using 10-15 reps per set when squatting.
