Old gyno lump

Hey guys I've had a little ball in my left nipple since puberty and when I started doing test from my doctor it got bigger but never itchy ect. I know nolva is used for gyno, but that's right when you get it right? Can I take nolva to get rid of it or is there something els I can take to try and get rid of it, or is surgery my only option? It's just a little lump nothing crazy I got it checked out and they said it's just breast tissue.

You'll shrink it with Leto but you'll need surgery to get rid of it..

As long as it's barely there I won't mind lol it just makes my left nipple look a little more puffy because it's pushing it out.
