are u tlking about AAKG or just l-arginine? because i take 5 grams (l-arginine) about 30 minutes before workouts and i get reallly really awesome pumps from that. i wish i could find regualr old AAKG. what products would u be putting "no2" in?
i used NO2 and did like it, but i think buying 100 caps of argnine is a lot cheaper at $6 a boittle..

I use CEX which is a Creatine/NO2 combo. If not for that, I'd probabaly use plain old L-A or AKG.

the creatine malate actually gives some good energy

LOL I didn't know NO2 was arginine...but after reading the facts, I say Yeah!!
I've heard arginine can also increase your ejaculation volume...anything have heard that? In that case will be good as part of PCT...I think I have an article about that. I'll look for it.
