Is there anyone here that can help with Naps support? I opened a ticket and have bee communicated back and forth. I had a package seized (not the part I need help with) so I am asking that a subsequent order I placed that hasn't shipped yet be cancelled to avoid the possibility of a second seizure so soon. Support is either not understanding, unable, or unwilling to cancel. Is anyone here plugged in to where they could help?

Update: Support entered the cancel request. No guarantees but they are trying.
 
I placed an order over the holiday for $926, and sent a wire transfer. Napsgear.org changed the price after I sent the wire & now says I have to pay $269 more or they wont send anything. I am really worried about getting ripped off, and this already cost me around $1000, and took a lot of time to setup & follow their instructions exactly (I gave up on my first 2 orders because it was asking for things like my birthday which I didn't want to give, and even the wire was asking for my bank account + routing number which is really odd... I've sent wires to people & they never needed my account number before). It was a pain the a** too because all the banks were closed over the holiday...

I'm worried they might just keep asking for more money, what's to stop them from changing the price again and asking for more money again if I pay them $269 more?
