It's everything not just plastics. Most of the US members here are on some kind of medication (huge percentage of Americans are). That right there is an issue. One of the biggest meds many are on is for anxiety. And guess what... stress lowers your test. Then throw in pollution.


Simple fixes are a better diet, exercise (inc getting your steps in every day), training (so us here are all set on that one), not being on non stop (give your natural levels a chance), not stressing over BS and more
