How long should you wait to begin another cycle?

1. I never take breaks in between cycles
2. I take a couple of weeks off
3. At least one month
4. 2 months
5. 3 or more months off

Everyone's different but I take 3+ months off

i use to do time on=time off...then i started to do 6wk cycles and then a month off now i am debating wether or not to just gear it up yr round?...

I like to take about the same amount of time on the juice off to rest my body. Two months on equals two months off for me. I try and stick to this rule which usually amounts to 2 or 3 cycles a year
