HGH and Mexico Border Lines

I have a family member that wants some real HGH and I know about people who go to Mexico to get the real stuff and everything. I was just curious is it Legal to drive back from Mexico to the U.S. Borderline with the stuff? I looked a little bit online and fount that it is legal with I think it said 50 iu's and as long as it is just personal use But I'd like to know what you all think about that and I'm sure someone has a better answer then getting multiple ones online. Also if anyone knows of the real stuff online could you point me to it to take a look at it? Thanks.
