Gyno Gland Removal?

so doc says all I have is some chest fat and very little if any glandular tissue. He also said I have quite large pectoral muscles underneath the layer of fat. Gee, like I didnt know that. So he wouldnt do the surgery. He said he could liposculpture some of the fat out but Im not droppin any pesos for that.

I had it, no indentations at all.
