Hi i have not been on ina while. I had a injury training about 10 years ago. (Slipped disc) and with work never got back into training.
But now i work 4 on 4 off i can train 4 days a week every week.
Been training couple weeks now and starting to get the itch to take it full force again. (Steroids)
I am going to do a small cycle first just to see if i still can push my self before i do a bigger one during or just after the summer.
I have forgot a few things and maybe there are better pct gear out there these days.
So first 2 weeks 500 test e (2 mil) a week for a booster. Droping to 250 (1mil) a week for a futher 6 weeks. (8 week cycle)
50mg of anavar a day for 6 weeks.
I kmow some people dont like anavar but when combined with test before i was like a machine in the gym. And cut really really well. Even better than i did when i used a full cutting cycle combination.
Start pct at week 6. Now i cant remember what was the best or if theres a new thing. Clomid or nova i used before. And if starting the pct on week 6 is ok. 2 weeks before test ends.
