I will second that 200mg weekly works just fine for all but those accustomed to many high dose cycles. You're a first timer - you'll do fine, providing you get lots of protein and know how to train. If you want to tinker use 300-400 mg for the first week.
I never liked injecting more than 2cc's so 2 injections spread out will give the 400mg. Otherwise shoot it once a week at 2cc's for 200mg.
