I will second that 200mg weekly works just fine for all but those accustomed to many high dose cycles. You're a first timer - you'll do fine, providing you get lots of protein and know how to train. If you want to tinker use 300-400 mg for the first week.

I never liked injecting more than 2cc's so 2 injections spread out will give the 400mg. Otherwise shoot it once a week at 2cc's for 200mg.

deca only cycle

Thanks for the advise..ill do 150mg twice a week ..but for how

many weeks..Im not sure..i use a 22g by 1 inch in the ass , is

this ok for penitration...?Heres the question that you all hate

at 210 pounds now and training hard with 3 on and 1 off and

considering my 300mg deca only cycle for 8 to 12 weeks

and eating great what could i expect to see?ill post updates

just to inform us all in a deca only cycle to see the true gains.

I would love to see some guesses if you have time...Thanks guys!

8 to 12 MONTHS!?! DAMN!!! That's a long ass cycle! You sure you wanna do that?

I assume he meant 8-12 weeks. Your gains won't be as significant as a cycle with test. Perhaps 20lbs in 12 weeks if this is your first cycle.

would anyboby say that deca is more for just big mass build or

isit more for getting ripped right up...one thing is for sure is

that it doesnt make me feel mean at all but does enable me

to lift more weight..maybe its just all in my head..should keep

taken in the createan well on my 3 month cycle???

1 week update..a gain of 5 pounds in seven days..not bad..

I hope its not just water..:< I feel huge....
