I would appreciate some input from some experienced users on which cycle would give me better results. I am looking to do a lean bulk.
Some stats on me:
Age:25
height: 6'1
weight: 215
bf: 9%
Training split:
Monday: Bi's + Tri's
Tuesday: Shoulders+ Traps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest and tri's
Friday: Back and bi's
Saturday: Strength training: Squats, Deads, Powercleans
Cardio 3-4 times a week, 20-30 minutes
Abs: 3 times per week
Diet: 300 grams protein, 400-500 carbs, 100 fats (approx). Cals: 3700-3800. Mostly consisting of fish, chicken, eggs, milk, bananas, cottage cheese, yoghurt, potatoes, rice, protein shakes 2 times per day (on wake up and post workout).
Cycle experience: 2 cycles done: one Tbol only cycle 6 weeks, 50mg per day, and second cycle was Test prop 500mg per week for 8 weeks + tbol for the last 5 weeks 50mg per day
I have 2 proposed cycles and I would really appreciate if I could find out which would yield the better, more keepable gains, advantages of one vs the other, etc.
Proposed cycles:
Cycle 1:
Week 1-10: AP Test E 500mg
Week 1-10: AP Parabolan 152mg
Week 5-10: Winstrol 30mg ED
Cycle 2:
Week 1-8: AP Test P 100mg EOD
Week 1-8: AP NPP 100mg EOD
Week 5-10: Winstrol 30mg ED
Also, should I run an AI and keep caber on hand, or just straight run the caber with the AI?
What AI would you recommend and what dosage?
PCT would be HCG 500mg 2x per week (would start 2 weeks before ending the cycle) and go on alongside Clomid 50mg ed and nolva 20mg ed for 4 weeks
