Hi,
my boyfriend is third day on CKD, today he measured ketones {urine test} and he had 3level of ketosis, but he measured blood glucose too and he had 99mg/dl..so he think is too much. But what is interesting after training{50min cardio} he measured ketosis again and he was in 1level of ketosis and blood glucose level was 93mg/dl.
Can someone give some advice what happend?
He is 27, 6'1, 250lb, his calorie intake is 3200 cal [260g fat, 190protein, 20carb.}
