if it's for breakfast and u workout an hour or s after then yeah it's fine but if it's late in the day and ur cutting no way dude... check out the diet section
i would say no then and instead just find something with comparable carbs in liquid form... or fruit with that shake especially if ur cutting.. just my 2 cents
no fiber before and after workout...Fiber causes the rate of digestion to slow down, it takes extra engery for the body to break down and pass out...keep fiber minumium and use some sort of carb gain instead
