which one is more effective to increase test levels guys? besides one being a patch and the other one is gel , what's the difference between them and which one do you recommend?

Both are relatively effective at getting you from low back up to mid-range normal test levels, but neither one will take you to supraphysiological test levels like you would get from injectable test. If you're just looking for TRT either one is fine, if you're looking to run an actual cycle, neither one is much good.

i agree with tux bro.. the gels are a pain. it is much easier to spend 2 minutes a week injecting your test, vs. having to remember to apply the gel everyday and worry that it will rub off or rub on your spouse etc.

your doctor probably gets a bonus for putting you on the gel, i get it, but if he is unwilling to get you injectable instead you find a new one.
