5 Days into ripped diet.

So far so good. I do stay pretty tired. Only carbs are right after a workout. Protein is at about 250-285 grams a day. I have decided to not do cardio until week 5. I am only 222.2 lbs so I really am concerned about losing muscle. Started at 13%bf...wish me luck. 51 days to go. Man do I miss having a few cold ones...hehe

Go for it, bro! Yeh, that naggin' thirst of having of few cold ones gets me too, especially when your body is cravin for carbs, but put a mental picture in your mind of the results and don't cheat.
When I take in that much protein, though, the only ripped thing about me is my farts. ;)
 
I think your smart for waiting on cardio... Ive made that mistake too many times of starting a diet then starting cardio at the same time...too much too soon.

Are you using any aas?
 
No, I just finished 8 week cycle of Sust(500/week),chinese winny tabs(50mg/day), and chinese anavar(40mgs/day). Cycle was ok, I just did not eat enough. Strength increase was great.
I was thinking of doing a 10 week primo/equipoise cycle after my diet at about 400 mgs per week each. What do you think?
 
That was my very first cycle and I kept every pound from it (17 total). From now on I always include at least 400mgs of some AS when I go significantly below maintnance calories. You could save the cardio until your next cycle assuming you're HPTA is properly recovered that way it won't be such a shock to start cardio while in a calorie deficit. For me cardio+dieting-aas=severve catabolism, but thats me.
