Need to lose 40 pounds anyone know of a good supplement or drug

I am 5'8 225 I bench 405 and squat 550 I recently check my body fat and I'm 21%bf wich tells me I need to lose about 40 to 45 pounds to be at my ideal weight I'm 24 and for the majority of my life I have always been very very lean from football I played runningback, and runniing track 100m, 200m and 4*100 relay, when I was 18 I bench 350 and squated 475 but I was alot lighter at 170 set alot of records at my high school anyways. Just starting back working out looking for something to help the weight lose along besides a good diet I have planned out and working out.

Currently I'm taking 10ml of sutsanol 250 a week

10ML is a good cycle there guy
 
winstrol anavar trenbolone eq will all cut u up and theres others, Diet is biggest part tho cause any cutting steroid can become useless with a shit diet but if u have a good one steroids will aid and make ur results faster and better

if ur halfway in ur cycle i would take winstrol to finish the cycle off

Drugs: Caffeine, ephedra, albutrol

And of course, the right training and less eating.

Sus is a mass drug so not sure what you're doing there.

this dude i work with told me the same shit, that he took 5ml of sust every 3 days..

i think my head would explode.. or my balls would start to grow INWARD

Diet and cardio ! ARE NUMBER 1 but if you want to help it along clen, or albutro

Well I might flamed here but hgh 2iu am 2iu pm with no carbs in your system for at least and hour b-4 and after along with 100mcg t-4 every morning. It not fast but it will be all fat loss !
 
Read up on Bromocriptine & Glucophange, if you're using gear anavar as low 20mg ED has shown to reduce trunk fat, GH in problem areas is an option, diet is the most important and if you find that it's to hard to stick to your diet try gluco 2500 to 3000 mg ED divided up and taken with meals to reduce hunger and bromo 2.5 mg ED

Think he summed it up right there. I would also add about 5 cups of green tea/ yerba matte to the mix. And maybe some tren or anavar.
 
this is my last week on sustanol have been lifting with it for 12 weeks, the syringes I use are 1ml to 5ml, my understanding was 1ml is eqaul to 100mg, but again I'm new to the steroid scene this is my first cycle, if I'm taking to much I haven't noticed any bad side effects, and when I start my diet and cardio routine I don't plan on using sustanol, you guys are giving me some good feed back but as a newbie there are so many different supps and drugs that you here about does and one know which one is the best or a good stack.
 
If you have Sust250 that means its 250mg/ml. Which means if you are taking 10ml a week thats 2,500 mg a week. Normal is maybe 500-750 a week. If you have done that for 12 weeks and seen no sides i'm guessin you got fake gear. How much did your lifts go up from when you started?

I got my dosing info from my source, I never bothered to look into it because I wasn't having any bad side effects, maybe I need a new source.

my lifts before starting my cycle I was 205lb 21%bodyfat
the most noticeable change was my bench
before cycle 225lb 12times was my max reps
currently last week of cycle 225lbs 30 times and 315lbs 15times
my weight as of now goes between 225 and 230 and my bodyfat stayed the same 21%

anyone that saw me before I started and hasn't seen me until this last week of my cycle is amazed, night and day difference

Did your source tell you also to take the sustanon ORALLY......please tell me you are at least injecting intramuscularly......
 
Before my last contest I was in a similar spot. Cut from 272 to 229 in 16 weeks. Like everyone else here, nutrition and cardio are your big things... But using a good combo of gear can help you keep your muscle mass while dropping a lot of weight, which is tough to do.

I personally like:
Test Prop- 100mg/day
Tren Acetate- 75mg/day
Anavar at 50mg/day
Winstrol at 50-150mg/day

and I like the Clenbuterol/T3 combo.

But if your not willing to tone down your calories and do an hour of cardio in addition to your lifting a day, don't bother with the drugs. As for 2.5grams of Sust.... sweet Jesus. You and Ronnie Coleman should be pals

I dont actually believe in the less eating comment, its all about eating clean smaller meals and more often. Increase your metabolic rate. Fat falls off.

and somthing i cant stress enough. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO 1 or 2 hours a day at least for quick results.
 
Okay again I can admit I didn't know enough before I started using but, here is a little more info about my misinformed cycle. A few people have asked me alot of different questions here are the answers.

Before cycle stats are as follows:

height: 5'8

weight: 205lbs

body fat%: 21%

1 rep max on flat bench and squat before cycle:

Flat bench press:305

Free weight squat no assisting machine or belt: 460


After 10ml/week sustanon 12 week (misinformed cycle)

weight: 241

body fat%: 21% might not believe this I didn't either the way I saw my weight go up but it did stay the same I was consuming about 4000 to 45000 calories and everyday even if I didn't work out I made sure I got 1 to 1.5 gram of protein for every pound of body weight didn't even watch my carbs I was eating anything and everything. I was very bloated around the belly area and my face but I was loving the results, I was busting out of all of my shirts. I almost stopped because I didn't start seeing results until around week 5 or 6.

Here is my 1 rep max after the 12 week cycle:

Flat bench press:425 I love the looks I get in the gym when I do different sets of bench with 3 big plats on each side.

Squat:575

Negative things I experienced during the cycle:

starting around week 5 or 6 (also when I started to see results) I started to have headaches constantly but usually after I would eat my last meal of the day, excessive bloating, my arms would fall asleep all the time just from leaning up against the bar at a club or a kitchen table didn't matter, and anytime I woke up they would be a sleep to the point I couldn't move them until I shook them around to get the blood flowing again. But again it was night and day difference from when I started I looked massive even my family was asking me what I was doing. Oh and all of this with No Post Cycle Therapy, I know stupid I should of studied first got to anxious to get big. Yes this would of been very expensive but again my source was a close friend, be leave it or not (I know no price talking)I was only paying $50 for a 20ml vial he has a ug lab not medical grade sustanon.

5 months later:

weight: 225lbs my weight dropped down the first week after I took my last shot so did the headaches and sleepy arms, but my strength stayed the same for a few months after then all my lifts went down about 3 to 4 reps on all lifts. the weight still felt the same but it was like my muscle endurance had left. I was pissing alot belly and face went back to normal also.


body fat%: 21%

flat bench: 405

squat: 530
 
well congrats on the results im happy your happy with how it all ended im very suprised your ok though because that was one hell of a cycle it was something ghost might of tried lol and i really dont think u got 20mls of sustanon for 50? that doesnt fit wit me at all and im sure it wont with alot of others on here either but all in all i would get blood work done pretty soon to make sure u didnt fuck some internal stuff up and congrats on the lifts and weight but not very smart on cycle would you inject large amounts of anything that some one told u was steroids and how big u would be and they failed to mention the part where it kills you or leaves u wit sides that make u wish u were dead
 
Misinformed or not Bro, you got some great results from that heafty dose of Sust. The gear obviously was not fake because your strenth went out the roof, you bloated up pretty bad, & you gained 41lbs in 12 weeks. Its possible that the gear was short dosed a little & the $ paid was what we would all like to see, but if it was legit you may well have introduced a new way of frontloading Sust for max gains. LOL Sugest you do a bit more research next time & look into a PCT regime, which you may still need to apply.

Very good combo. If you have the budget, I'd consider HGH.

I agree with Tatyana. Knowing your diet would help to figure out what the best solution is for you.
 
if your taking 2 g of sus a week that's prolly contributing to your BF. If your 21% BF you should just get your diet in check bro.
 
Just a quick math check but if you want to drop down to 10-11% bodyfat you really only need to lose 25 pounds of fat. Right?

It seems your bench should have gone up more than 1 pound for each pound you put on. I digress.

I would worry about ideal body fat % rather than ideal weight.

no I started this post to get ideas about what to use to help me lose weight but when I posted the sustanon cycle I was on we got off the subject.

the diet I plain on doing is very simple and very strict, because I'm always on the run don't real have time for something complicated, here goes....

7 meals a day first meal 4 egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal cook together

The rest of the day 4oz to 6oz piece of chicken breast of fish grilled and 1/2 cup to 1 cup of no salt added green beans and a 4oz piece of sweet potato every 2 to 3 hours for 10 to 12 weeks.

I do plain on seasoning the meat not going to over do the salt but just enough so it is easy to eat on a regular bases. A body builder at the gym I workout at here locally said he didn't watch his salt until a couple of days before the show because it only takes 72 hours to get rid of all the water weight. he also showed me his before and after pics he was 20% bf and no he is around 4 to 5% and very ripped he gave me the idea for this diet.
 
Looks like a reasonably good diet if you can handle having nothing but chicken / fish and veggies for all the time.
 
My workout:

I used to play football and plain on getting back into it but I play running back and that is the reason I'm trying to drop my excess weight to get my speed back.

I plain on focusing on intermediate weight not to light but not heavy and
10 to 12 reps for 4 to 5 sets on every exercise ( kind of like a heavy circuit
traing session). then I plain on sprinting 10 to 15 100 yard dashes after weight traing this approach always shed the pounds for me in the past

Have you worked out your calories and the amount of protein etc in all of that?

Diet looks pretty good, except lacking in variety, which I do think is really important in getting all those various micronutrients.

I would go a bit bonkers eating the same thing day after day, but I know some of you lads can manage that quite well.

Salt, good quality salt is necessary IMHO.

It could be considered anabolic, as it is the sodium-ATPase pump that is the 'little motor' that transports a lot of nutrients into the cells.

Sodium Potassium balance is also responsible for the electric potential across cell membranes, which is why we have nerve impulses and various signal conduction with the cell.

I seriously dropped my salt dieting once, and I felt like POO most of the time.

I haven't since then, and I have a lot more energy.

If you are not eating processed foods (which do have a lot of salt added), I do think you need to put in some healthy salt.
 
yes it is lacking in variety but this type of diet is easier for me to follow mind over matter. I'll keep myself busy so I don't think about food I was thinking about adding in some whey protein shacks to up my protien in take just not sure if I should replace a meal with a shack or just add some in.

also supps I plain on using are anavar and winstrol-stan
or maybe just anavar I have heard good things about it helping in fat lose. but I have never used a cutting steroid any anything for getting cut for that matter what are you guys opinion on the best single supp or stack for cutting?

he actualy gained 36lb in 6 weeks! must be full of stretch marks everywhere.

i would say if theres a shit load of question threw at him it will unfold a fair load of lies. this thread is too hard to believe.

it's all true look at the does I was taking and I was eating and drinking everything I could. I was also using nitro tech brand protien and cell tech during the first 4 weeks.

yup it was my first cycle also I'm a good size guy already I just wanted to get beastly. I got them so cheap because I know a guy that makes it himself good friend but I think I'm going to stick with none ug lab gear next time
 
Diet and exercise is all you need.

If you do not care about your health do some DNP. Most people are lazy and go that route.

I ran 8 miles tonight. It sucks to be weak.
