Package confiscated; letter of seizure received

Hello,

New here. I recently received a seizure notice from CBP confiscating a package.

Should I ignore the letter? The letter insinuates criminal prosecution - is this not that big of a deal or should I consider legal representation?

Also, I just moved to a new state and I am very ignorant about my rights and would like to know them. Where do I go to learn more about my individual rights?
