Hi again

I was thinking of only 1 cc of deca for 12 weeks for my

first cycle and you all shot that down..Thanks for catching me

early...What can i do ...Heres the scoup ..i work out lots

i am 211 pounds....i have 12cc of deca and can get more

if need be. Im only going to take deca alone with a good diet.

I shot 1 cc last thursday and im wondering if i should shoot

1 monday....If i take 2cc a week with a good diet and work hard

should i see results.Or am i supose to 2cc in one shoot once

a week?Thanks.....:>
 
Whats the deca concentratioN?..

Do at least 300mg-400mg a week for 10 weeks. May want to add some test such as sust to point north.

and i hoping its going to be only 200mg for my first cycle

if this is correct do i take it once a week or take 100mg

I wouldn't even waist my time IMHO. If I'm going to shut test production down......I'm going all out and make it worth it.

It's like being a robber. If you're going to break the law.....why fuck with 7-11? Be a Diamond Smuggler or Cat Burgler.....make it worth it.
 
you already got my opinion on your other thread but if you persist on doing a deca only cycle as your first then do 400mg/week- 2cc's mon and 2 cc's thurs. But as I said before you're likely just wasting it.

Anyone that says that 200mg/week will not work has never done a Deca-only cycle (or does not work hard during a cycle).

You will do fine with 2cc per week if you train hard, get about 2g of protein per pound per day and about 4000 quality calories per day.
 
I'll agree with 2Thick on that one. I notice 150mgs if I'm eating, sleeping, and lifting hard. I do light doses during the season just to keep me up and hungry and hard.
