As for your vids I would suggest getting a vid from the side so we can see more of your body position etc. your back looks good. Also don't try to control the weight down as much, just "drop it".


dude.. they don't have a platform at the gym i work out at.. so i'm probably gonna attract too much attention if i just dropped it.. but i'll try to just release the weight on it's way down.. thx..

i didn't notice what you were DLing on, but at my gym we have thick rubber mats on which we can DL, row, PC or whatever.
