**who's dared 1g of deca week**

I know a lot of you dislike deca due to prog gyno and deca dick. But if you took 2 g of test you should be ok. IMO deca is great for muscle gains considering i kept about 85% of what i gained off deca and it gives you solid muscle.
Has anyone ever done a 1g og deca i might try it one day.:D
 
are you doing it alone? i've stacked 1000mgs of deca with 1500mg of sust and had no real problems. i did find that i can get the same type of results from 600mg and 1000mg respectively.

2 g of test with 1 g of deca ? Ok sure you wont have Deca dick but man dont you think its abit too much ?
 
One of the mods here, Fonz did 1G of Deca with RU-486 and from what I can remember he had good results

I did Omnadren 250 every day for 35 days and deca 200 5 days on 2 days off for 6 weeks also and the results were great and had little to no sides acne on my shoulders and thats all went from 245 to 275 in 8 weeks

Finally, the 2 week 1000mg/Week Deca cycle experience;

Started on Friday.
I had previously been on 600mg/week of Deca
for the last 4 weeks, so I already had
Deca in my system.
Supplemets I'll be using:
and reasoning behind them.
1. 200mg Ru-486(mifegyne)EOD
(blocks progesterone..i.e. progesterone antagonist, also blocks cortisol)
2. 100mg PPA ED
(also called norephedrine, fat-burner, I use
it to limit fat-gain and increase Protein Synthesis)
3. 10mg ketotifen(zaditen) ED
(worlds best apetite stimulant in my humble opinion. Its a H2(histamine) antagonist, which
is very cheap and very available. Bonus:
it also up-regulates B2 receptors. That tidbit is for all you Clen/eph users.
4. 2000mg ALA ED
Kick-ass insulin mimicker and antioxidant.
Increases glucose up-take by 50%.
5. 25mcgs T3 ED
Increases protein synthesis and fat breakdown.
6. Fonz's pre-workout cocktail
(consisting of):
75mg Ephedrine HCL
400mg Caffeine
3.0g GHB
No-comment....LOL. Don't try this its not for
the faint hearted. Hehe..
7. Vits+minerals(5X RDA)
(Well....duh)
8. 5g VC
(Good for the skin)
9. 20mg Novaldex ED(there is some estrogen still
present after all)

Stats(as of Fri. morning):

Bodyweight: 212lbs
Bf%: 8%
LBM: 195lbs
FM: 17lbs


Day 1: Friday:
Injected 1000mgs(WOW), of Deca.
Used ttokkyo 300, it was 3.5cc's.
Trained Chest for 1.5 hours, extremely sore.
Ate like a pig. God bless the ketotifen as
it makes you hungry for protein.

Day 2:
Trained legs today like a madman, got so pumped
I completely lost track of time. My workout
lasted 2hrs. and I wasn't too sore. Something
tells me I'm going to feel it tommorrow. I can hear DOMS calling my name......
Ate like a pig again....Thank god for fatty foods.
If I had to eat clean I'd puke. There's no way
I could phyically put down 6000 clean Kcals/day.

Day 3: Ok, woke up and noticed some soreness but
not much. Oh well, its only been 18 hours.
Went to Uni all day. Made sure to bring copious
amounts of food with me. As a note, UK is starting to become quite a healthy nation
inasfar as healthy food options are concerned.
Wasn't like this 4-5 years ago....
Trained shoulder only for 1hr, and damn...
taking a shower today I couldn't wash my freaking hair...they were so sore...LOL

Day 4: Ok, two things this morning.
One, MY QUADS ARE KILLING ME!!!!
and, I'm getting all sorts of muscular twitches
and cramps...this is not normall. Answer=I go
see my Uni friend whose also a doctor(he's doing a Ph.D.). The verdict: the 100mg of RU-486 I
was taking ED(well 200mg EOD), is blocking
cortisol too much. This is not very healthy.
He tells me I can either continue the RU regimen as I have it now and add exogeneous
cortisol(which I don't care to do), or cut down on the RU at the expense of letting some
progestins latch onto their respective receptors. I decide to
cut the RU down to 200mg E3D.
Note: The RU at 200mg EOD is about as effective
controlling progesterone as arimidex in controlling estrogen. The RU at 200mg E3D becomes
as effective as novaldex. Which is still good enough....ans also you still block some
cortisol, which gives you an added bonus.
Hit the gym hard today. Back day. 2 hours later
I was immobile. LOL. Just did the usual basic heavy excercises...until total failure.

Day 5: Ok, stepped on the scale.....216-217
(sometimes I got 216 and sometimes 217),
so 216.5lbs. Damn, 5 days and I'm up 4.5lbs
w/ no water retention just very full muscles.
Strength has gone way up.....
Trained chest and calves like mad today...
Calves are my weakest bodypart. F*cking
impossible to make them grow....I'm going
to see if PGF2A can remedy that......but thats
way,way later on.....the sides are a bit too crazy
for me...
Ate like I was on a mission today. Anybody ever
try Burgen Bread? Low carbs, Hi-prot/ good fats
Ate a loaf with peanut butter....yum+
400g protein powder throughout the day+
copious amounts of milk.

Day 6: Woke up and felt really good. Oops, I've
forgotten to mention that I use 4.0g GHB
at night to get to sleep as I only tend to
sleep 6-7 hours, because I go to UNI., and I have
a lot of work/labs/write-ups..well you know..
Trained triceps,biceps, and abs today..
I hate training my arms because they overpower the rest of my physique. They're 18.5" on a
5"8 frame, go figure.....

Day 7: Last day of my first week, REST DAY!!
ATE, ATE, ATE, and Ate. Oh yeah did I mention I ate some more...LOL
Just made food for the folowing week and packed it. You know, froze it. Microwaves are the best
BTW...
Slept 10 hours today........

Day 8:
Ok, woke up and took my stats:
(I use the lange calipers BTW)

Bodyweight: 219lbs(damn!)
Bf%: 8%(no change)
LBM: 201lbs(+6lbs)
Fat mass: 18lbs(+1lbs)

Average Kcals per day:

Kcals: 6100(give or take 150)
Protein: 720g(give or take 40g)
Fat: 190g(give or take 20g)
Carbs: 380g(give or take 30g)

As you can see I'm not a big believer in high carbs.

I was really impressed with the weight gain.
Lets see if I can duplicate the results next week.....I have a feeling I'm not going to be
able too...but we'll see..

After, taking all the stats I ate and went to
Uni, the went to workout. My routine is pretty
much etched in stone:

Fri: Chest
Sat: legs
Sun: shoulders
Mon: back
Tue: Chest+calves
Wed: triceps, biceps and abs
Thurs: rest

I train chest twice, because I need to
get it up to par with my arms....

Rest of the week went well, with the exception
of when some knucklehead at the gym decided to
invade my corner of the gym. Freaking idiot tried to bench 300lbs, when I don't even think he
could bench 250lbs. Anyways, I had to rescue him and he then started bitching to me that he was
"resting", and was about to pull it back up.....
Man, all I can say is thank god I wasn't on androgens, I would have pulverized him.....
Anyways, turns out he was trying to impress his
GF. She had made the comment that I looked stronger than her BF. Hehe....I proved her
point.
well, friday loomed closer, and I felt I was
picking up some fat, so I decided to
walk to Uni in the mornings(right, as if that
would have done anything...when you're eating 6000Kcal/day. It's funny how we can convince
ourselves of something even though we know its totally untrue..LOL)

Average Kcals this week:

Kcals: 5700(give or take 200)
Prot: 650g(give or take 40g)
Fat: 150g(give or take 20g)
Carbs: 430g(give or take 30g)

Well, its friday, and here are my stats:

Bodyweight: 225lbs
Bf%: 9%
LBM: 204.75lbs(+3.75lbs)
FM: 20.25lbs(+2.25lbs)

Ok, I did pick up fat this last week. I mean
consistently gaining 6lbs of muscle a week is IMPOSSIBLE. But, I'm still happy, 3.75lbs is
nothing to sneer about. Going to go back down to
600mg Deca/week for the next 6-8 weeks.

So, my 2-week stats:

Started:212lbs
Bf: 8%
LBM: 195lbs
FM: 17lbs

Finished: 225lbs
BF: 9%
LBM: 204.75lbs(+9.75lbs)
FM: 20.25lbs((+3.25)

So, I gained a total of 13 lbs in 2 weeks.
at about a 76%muscle/24% fat ratio....

Fonz tuning out now.......Godspeed
