I started my sust only cycle @ 500mg e5d last monday (9 days ago) Strength has gone up and up 5-7 lbs. Also taking l-dex @ .5mg/day.

With sustanon 250, is most of the weight lean muscle or is there alot of fat gain and water retention?

5-7 lbs in one week some of it has to be water, but he also using l-dex, so that should minimize some of that.

Shit I'm working really hard in the gym and eating like a horse. I wasn't expecting any real gains until week 3-4. I really made sure I had my training and diet in order before I started my cycle. I think that is paying dividends big time right now.

Congrats bro, sounds like the start of a good one.

Don't mean to sound like an ass, but don't you think your hormone levels would be more level if you broke your shots up. It seems like you would take better advantage of the two short chain esters. My 2cents.

You don't sound like an ass, I'm just trying it this way. Next time if I use sust I'll try eod injections. Trial and error... seems to be going well so far.
