Ok guys here it is. I've been reading up for weeks now about juicing, dieting, and training but I still have a few questions. In my possesion I have 20ccs of Quality Vet 200mg deca. I cannot get any other stuff to stack with it. I know all about the deca dick and since i just broke up with my GF I don't plan on using it for a little bit. So if I get it, ohwell. I've been lifting for a year and made some gains. Just recently I started to intake about 190g of protein. I'm 27 years old, My weight is 175 pounds and my height is 5'11. Anyways here is what I train.
Monday - Chest
Tuesdays - Arms
Wed - off
Thursday - shoulders and back
Friday - legs
My question is when I start the deca should I train each body part more than once a week. I'm using needsizes 5x5 right now.
Another question, what's the best way to cycle the deca I have?
