Equipoise and Winstrol Cycle advice

I am currently on my 4th week of 500mg sus. / 400 MG of Deca per week. I am on a 10 week cycle. I am 180lbs., 9% BF, 5'11".

I am looking to do an EQ / Winny cycle for the "pre-summer" cycle.

How much EQ is advised and dosage?

I already have 200 Zambon 2mg pills. How many more should I buy? Dosage?

Thanks!! This will be only my second cycle..

Run the eq at 400mgs/week for 10 weeks.Get about 600 more zambon tabs if you have access to them and run them at 30mgs/day for about 7 weeks.

I would get some 50mg stanabols instead. It would be cheaper and easier than taking like 20 pills a day.

i agree with HUCKLEBERRY FINNaplex but i would hit up EQ200mg every 3 days for 10 weeks which is about 20ml total

im gonna do the same 400mgs of eq a week and winny but im takin quality vet winny injectin that shit is better than swallowing 20 pills a day.....how much should i take a day of the winny...im thinkin 50mg a day startin week 6 of the eq....what do u guys think?

I would run the EQ@400mgs for 10 weeks and Winstrol@30-50mgs a day for weeks 1-4 and 8-12.
