if your eyes are bad then just run osta sarms. you wont need a PCT for this.
No sides either, little more strength and fullness will be noticed. Great to run as a bridge after PCT to next cycle.

ok as CK said i've run few cycles before and come off properly, was hoping for an easy way out as cycle is only 6 weeks long.

Can say that i have been really pleased with my PCT recovery and must say that adding Osta sarms during this really helped.

once i ordered sachets and they sent me vials lol
the only package i received was a customs letter saying my vials have been seized lol
i also had my sarms seized, they said it was human growth wtf pricks!!
looking to run a light 6 week cycle over summer here in OZ.
im going to be running sarms S4 at the same time as im looking to rip the fk up! calories will be 500 under maintenance 40/40/20 split.
Ideally i would run 1ml prop EOD but don't want injection soreness to get in my way when training...
any suggestions how... i currently hit them on my shoulder workout
3-4 sets of 8-12 heavy barbell shrugs on smith machine or dumbell shrugs. only really do 1 exercise for traps.
not sure if i should be doing them on back day or shoulder day??
hey radar i need a new workout routine while im bridging between cycles.
im on last few days of pct now and doing the following. 3-4 exercises for the big muscles, 2 for the small ones
Mon - back/bis
Tue - Chest/tris
Wed - rest
Thu - legs/abs
Fri - shoulders/calves
sat & sun - rest

didn't think of it that way lol maybe that was a bit high.. all good though bro. var didnt bring on too much of a change, think i would of got the same results without it. masteron was incredible!!
