Hey man, thanks alot, for helping me out, on ''chest question'' thread. Been using your suggested pyramid routine for over 3 weeks now, chest definately looks fuller, infact, its one of my best parts at the moment. =)

good man I got a log on here that goes back to my first proper workout. Dont read the beginning lol its a little embarrassing cause I asked alot of stupid questions, but anyway its called "My Training Journal" its on the weightlifting & weight training board, so you can check up on my workouts reading that. How long have you been training?
