4T, quick question about growth (you seem to be the residen expert). I've been on for about 5 months now (red tops). The first few months were at 2 iu's in the morning. The last few months I bumped it up to 5 iu's first thing in the morning. I've been reading about splitting up the doses, one AM and one post workout. I'm a little confused about the correct protocal for post workout. Usually after my workouts I consume a protien shake and then some carbs (sport drink). Can you tell me the timing of post workout shakes, carbs and growth? Thanks in advance. L
