My opinion would be not to do test/deca/fina. Instead either test/deca/winny or test/eq/fina. Just a thought from experience. Personal experience I might add...

I use Optimum Nutrition's CGT (Creatine, Glutamine, Taurine). It's good and cheap to me. Comes in three flavors I think. It doesn't matter what brand...they all get it from the same factories anyway.
I work calves twice a week also. Between sets I jump on my toes as high as I can...from side to side and just straight up and down until they burn so bad that I have to stop. Then I hit the next set.
