i just bought some glucosamine,chondroptin(?),msm.,liquid form. the pain in my wrist and elbow is pretty bad.i cant lift.will this be just as effective while not working out or do i have to work out lightly atleast,while taking these supps.thanks

post cycle it gets worse i use tricyclene (sp?)toward the end of cycle..

primmo will help suppress the hpta(take it long enough,, i wouldnt expect any gains really, but a good diet and good work out's will go along way.is it injects or tabs?
