Gyno help please

I'm a 40 year old male. I've been using gear for years and never had any issues. This cycle I have a bad gyno issue my right breast has lumps and is very sensitive. My cycle is 250ml test e and 200ml tren e twice a week. I'm new to gyno but not to gear and I really need solid advice. Thanks in advance. Oh yea I also added 25mg of proviron per day hoping to get gyno under control.

What ancillaries are you running and what doses?

Proviron at 25mg per day is all. I'm not educated at all to gyno I've never had any issues until now. Thanks
