Judge: Father is to have sole physical custody, Mother is granted supervised visitation. **************

The judges knee jerk reaction was to only allow her supervised visitation every other weekend - to be supervised by family services.

My attorney jumped in and told the judge that I'd prefer that her visitation be supervised by my xwif's mother, and further that she be allowed to continue on the same schedule we have maintained.

Based on what the judge wanted to order she would have paid me child support, in my scenario she still would pay me child support, but less. I agreed to continue to pay the amount I have fought for since the get go - despite having full physical custody.

She will be drug tested every three months for the next 9 months. If she passes all test we will adjust it to non-supervised custody. She will then be tested for 24 months following that. If she fails one, her visitation will be limited and she will begin paying support to me.

The judge couldn't beleive that I was bending over backwards to try to get her cleaned up - he said I had more faith than he ever has.

Her attorney still had the balls to ask for more monthly support from me.

That was the toughest part for me, because at every fucking turn she tried to not only stick the knife in me but twist it too...

I could have drove a stake through her heart very easily, and it took everything I could muster to not do so...

I wonder if her behavior has been so that she doesn't have to have the responsibility of our child. I just can see why she kept pushing me, it was like she was begging me to take her away. It's a distinct possibility. We'll find out, if she fails her drug tests - it's all over for her. The judge said he won't tolerate it anymore, despite what I might have to say.
