Help, 20cc bottle of Winstrol from upjohn, no label yellow tab, but seperates.

I was going to buy a bottle of Winne from a guy who is reliable, but the bottle has no label,does seperate into a white powder layer and water layer has a yellow top that the seal has to be broke. I look in the archieves and search feature and only found info on 30cc bottles by upjohn. Fake or Legit?

UPJOHN does NOT make 20cc bottles, only 30cc and 10cc
Does it separate very quickly?
