To me I've done both injectable and oral really don't see much difference in either of the two I don't have a vitamin B 12 deficiency so really vitamin B 12 doesn't do much for me


Really unless your vitamin B 12 deficient supplementing with it doesn't have many benefits

I use a time released inject 2 x per week.
Great for energy,,well being and increase of appetite.
