my cycle is a disaster PLZ help

I begging my cycle on MARCH 2013 following the directions of a "Friend" that suppose to know this. By googling I just found that my cycle could have some problems and Im very worried. The more I read the more "information" or disinformation I found so I decide to ask you guys for advice.Today I shoot test E with Primo for the first time (together). I have no problems with my chest (gyno).

Please tell me if is the right amount of every steroid and if the PCT is ok. or I should change something now? I didn't see any increase in my weight but it seems Im loosing BF. I feel good. my nuts in place didn't shrink.

Its an old thread but - Jesus ,what a mess...

its a text book example of how not to to it.

• decide to use aas even tho you are 20%bf and not even nearly ready
  
• take shit advice from " some dude at the gym"
  
• not have even a basic understanding of whats involved with using aas
  
• run multiple compounds on a first cycle.
  
• run big doses on a first cycle
  
• start a cycle and stop for 3 weeks in the middle of it.
  
• have a piss-weak pct in place and use nolvadex after running a 19 nor.

as far as I under stand primo is not even really strong enough for males (unless ran at a high level with tren or something, which costs too much for what its worth, same with var, and superdrol is way cheaper), the test seems low, the deca should have been ran longer, business trip is not an excuse to go cold turkey, lastly he should have stuck with the same 1-2 compounds

better cycle for first
500mg test e for 12-14 weeks
4 weeks of dbol in the beginning as a kick start

clomid 100/100/50/50

var and primo are the best AAS out there period and you are saying they aren't strong. that is just not correct to say that.

people think because they give you quality gains without water that means they are weak. also var got me stronger than any oral including halo with zero sides.. its a superior oral across the board.
