My 1st cycle

I'm new to steroids but I have several buddies that have talked me into it! I have worked out on and off for a while but I just can't seem to get any bigger...... I have recently purchased some Test E and was going to try it by itself my 1st cycle..... My goal is to gain about 15 or 20 pounds with a good diet and working out really hard! I'm 5'11 and weigh about 175 and I'm approx 12% body fat but I've never had trouble getting that down..... My question is.... Will my goal be possible with just the Test E and if not what can I expect to be a reasonable goal?

This statement alone tells me you shouldnt be touching gear yet

without consistent and dedicated workouts with a good diet how can you expect to reach goals? steriods arent a magic pill that will make you all of a sudden super swole and huge. you will probably gain but i bet my left nut (my favorite one) that you will lose it all. On top of that you prob have no supporting suppliments or pct

That's my big question.... The friends I have never took any thing else with it and never had any problems but they did lose alot after they finished! How can I keep that from happening?
 
I am by no means an expert, but what I am saying is you shouldnt take anything YET. Get a dedicated work out schedule not on and off, a diet plan, and some good supporting supps ie ntks, a good protein, and maybe even somthing like 347 and get solid gains from that. you will get the most out of your cycle if your close to your peak naturally and judging from your post id say you havent gotten there yet. i know its not what you want to hear but trust me its the right answer. Im sure youod work out while on, for that reason alone then fall back into your current habbits, lose it all, and have put your body through that for nothing

the reason is a lack of knowledge and dedication. to answer your question on top of what most of us have already est. being a proper workl out schedule and diet, you need a proper post cycle therapy with suppliments. but bro im telling you right now isnt the time for you to cycle. Why dont you post up your age stats current work out plan and diet and we can set you up on somthing that will yeild results without roids and point you in the right direction with supporting suppliments.
 
Thanks for the help...... Im sure your right about that! It's just frustrating because I have worked out for 2 years, I may miss a week here and there but I still bench press about 240 (3 sets of 6) an do other chest workouts and workout bies and tries and shoulders and back and I'm pretty strong for my size but I can't seem to gain weight!

Thats all due to diet and work outs. post up your work out schedule and your current diet or any restrictions with that and I will help you out. I will also give you some great products that arent roids , but will def move the scale for you with dedication

Im 26 5'11 and wiegh about 175.... I workout 3 days a week on average but I'm willing to turn that up a lot! I try to eat right but def need more protein input! I've always been pretty lean but can never gain mass.....

Wow bro for being 5'11 you could weigh alot more than 175. so 3 days a week, how many days/ hours can you for sure dedicate to a work out. do you have any diet restrictions? whats your budget like?
