First cycle tips with test e

Hi

New to the forum but an avid reader. Decided that I am going to start my first cycle and going for test e 500mg per week (not 100% on dosage as yet as I'm still doing research) but came across something I wasn't too sure on. I found a source (shall not be named) and the vials come in millilitres rather than milligrams. How do I convert between the two to know how many bottles to get for my 12 week cycle? Also, can anyone give me their thoughts on what PCT I should run after? I was thinking novadex but open to other suggestions.

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 210lbs
Age: 23
Bodyfat: 15%
Goal: Become IFBB Pro

If it is 100% impossible for you to know how much mg it has, I think you can't go wrong by having 2 ml's a week. that would be 500-600 mg a week aprox.

Now as for the PCT:

The day after your last Test jab start taking hCG, 5 jabs of 1000 IU's in total, that is, 1 jab of 1000 IU's every third day along with Aromasin 12.5 mg every other day.

The day after your last jab of hCG:

Clomid at 50 mg a day for 4 weeks.
Aromasin at 12.5 mg every other day for 4 weeks.
Nolvadex at 25 mg a day for 4 weeks.

Be sure to eat a lot of seafood and eggs every week during your PCT too.
