Best way to use t4 ?

I'm currently running
Test prop 300mg week
Clen 120mcg a day
Var 40 mg day
And I was thinking about running t4
In the last month of my cycle for maximum fat loss
Diet is 100 % perfect
plus cardio ed for 60 minutes
so what is the safest way to use it ?
At what dose ?
I'm 5.7 tall
196 pound
Age 23
I want to get down to 180 pound
