So if you ARE cutting I would do 100mcg of GHRP2 and CJC1295 NOT dac post-workout PRE-cardio. So after your workout is done pin and then go do cardio. I just left my stuff in my car or have it in a box in my gym back.
I would do a pin in the morning and then another one pre-cardio.
if you NOT cutting
I would just do one first thing in the morning and one pre OR post workout. Pre-workout would be better if you have an empty stomach and but post-workout will help your recovery a little more BUT they are fat cells free floating around sense they have been broken down during workout. Either way it would be fine.
HGH is VERY expensive and I would say start with peptides first.
If you want better recovery and better workout forget about GHRP and GHRH and just use DES

The only thing I would question in your answer is with GHRP and CJC between workout and cardio....I know with me personally this combo pinned together causes a big insulin spike and at about 30 minutes your heading for hypo so obviously you need to slam the carbs to prevent this.
This would not be a good situation to be on a treadmill and start to go hypo especially if this person were a noob to the situation and didnt realize what was happening.
Im not questioning your knowledge or experience bro, just offering my own experience and trying to fit it into what you said.
As for the Headaches and CJC-1295 w/o dac....yes...some people get it. Its a pressure inside the forehead, brow and temple area. Its not anything unbearable or painful but it didnt feel right or normal to me to go on having this 24/7 so i stopped using the CJC. It took about 3 days for the pressure to go away 100%.
Also per Needto's blog CJC should be cycled in a 3day on 1 day off regiment. I only made it 4 pins @100mcg before I stopped the CJC.
The other thing you may notice with even GHRP(i would choose GHRP-2 personally) is that you might get some palpitations. Some people report mild palpitations briefly a few minutes post injection. But i personally get them when i lay down for bed if I take the ghrp-2 too late in the evening.
One thing to definatley do IMO is start small and taper up. If you want my advice start ghrp only @ 50mcg 1x on day one. Then 2x on day 2. Then bump it to 75 or 100mcg 2x then after a few days with the GHRP and all is well, add in small amounts of CJC and taper that up. Again..this is only

Im still on the fence deciding if GH peptides are for me or not. I ran GHRP-2 for the last 5 days at 100mcg 2xed and 150mcg 2xed on the last day and took a day off and i feel like i crashed from taking too many pain killers and speed. Its not quite as extreme as it sounds but all i wanted to do yesterday was sleep.
Today i feel fine.
I also think though that I personally am very sensitive to anything HGH associated. Some people take huge amounts of CJC and GHRP at the same time multiple times ED and have no isses.
I can definatley vouche for the increased stamina in the gym, increased recovery, you sleep like your dead, sex is more fun ect... GHRP-2 for me personally felt like 100mg tren EOD. I dont think I am the average example though.
