32 Week Cycle: Log

What's up guys? Been posting a little bit on this board the last few days. Figured I might as well start a log of my next cycle to get more acquainted with everyone here. I plan to start my next cycle in the next couple weeks or so.

So in this thread, I will share with you my cycle, diet, and training. This will be a journal that will help me track my progress, and hopefully give some incite to anyone that is interested.

As of right now, my cycle looks like this.

1-32 TIPP - 500mg/week

1-32 Primo - 800mg/week

1-4 DBol - 50mg/day

20-32 Tren E - 400mg/week

20-32 Mast E - 600mg/week

20-32 Anavar - 50mg/day

Current Stats
28, 5'9, 220

I will update my diet and training regimen later on today.
 
THE DIET

My diet is very simple and does not have a lot of variety in it. I see food as a way to fuel my body, and that is it. I do have an occasional cheat meal, but for the most part what I consume on a dialy basis is pretty cut and dry.

The beginning part of my cycle is going to be a lean bulk/recomp. I will be eating slightly above maintance calories. The majority of carbs will be consumed around my workout. I will be eating 5 whole meals, and 1 shake spread 3 hours apart. The diet looks like this:

Meal 1
8oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Broccoli, 1 Tbsp Mac Oil
440 Calories – 52 Protein – 12 Carb – 17 Fat

Meal 2
8oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Broccoli, 1 Tbsp Mac Oil
440 Calories – 52 Protein – 12 Carb – 17 Fat

Meal 3
8oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Quinoa, 2 Cups Broccoli
750cals – 72p – 91c – 10f

Meal 4
2 Scoops Isopure, 100g Dextrose
600cals – 50p – 100c – 0f

Meal 5
8oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Quinoa, 2 Cups Broccoli
750cals – 72p – 91c – 10f

Meal 6
8oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Broccoli, 1 Tbsp Mac Oil
440 Calories – 52 Protein – 12 Carb – 17 Fat

Daily Totals
3420 Calories - 350 Protein - 320 Carb - 54 Fat

This is what I eat on training days. I eat 3 meals before workout, and 3 meals after.

My diet on off days are pretty simple, a few changes to the above.
- Quinoa is dropped, and Mac Oil is subbed in.
- Post Workout shake is changed to Chicken, Broccoli, and Mac Oil.

Tomorrow I will post my training.
