Directly above my kneecaps there is an area (two inches) that is not toned. The rest of my legs are toning up nicely but that area seems to look fatty when my legs are flexed. Is there a procedure when squatting that would help? Does anyone else have this problem? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Are you talking about more to the inside or more to the outside? The inner part is refered to as the "teardrop" and the outer is called the "outer sweep". If its a lack of muscle in the area, foot placement while squatting can help. I wider or more narrow stance can emphasize those muscles, foot placement dictates your quad development, and most people dont realize it till they notice an imbalance. If it truly is fat, theres not too much you can do besides diet, but odds are that more muscle in the area will due the trick... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Someone please expand upon squating foot placement, toe angles, heel elevation, and leg press back support adjustment and how it effects quad development. I think I might know what I'm talking about but not well enough to explain it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's more on the inside. It is almost as if my quads are pushing fat down to that area right above my kneecap. When squatting I place my feet out straight and also toes out. Would toes in help? Or is there another machine to use? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
