There's this new device I saw in an advertisement the other day. I forget what it was called but it was something like the old fashion wheel with the two handles on the sides. However this wasn't just a simple wheel. It had all these high tech gears and stuff that's supposed to change resistance as you roll back and forth. I was wondering if it was worth it to get the new, hot device or is it just as good as the old fashion wheel that I'm using now? IP: Logged |

I hate that thing, my gym has one and we call it the Hernia-nator also a good way to tear an oblique..but some people swear by them.

Just as good as the old $5 wheel. The new one can sit in the corner and not be used as well and the old $5 wheel. Seriously, the old wheel works just as well. IP: Logged |
