![]() ![]() ![]() I have been working out for some time now. Never really tried many supplements. I have taken ephedrine twice a day a few years back , and have only been taking therma pro over the last year or so when doing cardio and weights. (cardio 4/wk, weights 3/wk) I have some pretty good size, develop really quickly, but as with most women carry more fat than i would like. I would like to cut up more. I have tried the caffeine and ephedrine combo, but it leaves my stomach quite upset. What do you guys think of Hydroxycut? I am pretty lean upper body, and could use some cutting up in the butt, and thighs section. What are the side effects you have encountered, what amounts should be taken? I am not willing to sacrifice a productive day at work, for getting lean (i don't want to have the shakes all day long). Your input would be appreciated. IP: Logged |
